Nakota NA 370 - pump switch

I have had the above pump for about 9 years and up until recently, I have been very happy with it. I have identified a problem with the pressure switch, which I think you should be aware of...

Over a period of time the contacts have become dirty, due to sparking (as one would expect), However, this also causes the contacts to get hot, and over time this has caused the contact to melt into the lower plastic 'Stop-off' pillar - due to the low 'flash-point' of the plastic.. causing the pump to fail to work. In order to remedy this, I have had to insert a thin metal 'shim' on top of the stop-off, so that the contact rests on metal when it is in the 'off' position. 

I thought you would like to know this.
